Mr Wilkins Shilling have a small but dedicated group of musicians (the band...) who play the music at our weekly practices and at the various dance-out events that we get invited to perform at.
The tunes are generally simple and straight-forward, but you may find a few can be more challenging. Some may be already familiar to you.

Most of the tunes we play are taken from the commonly used North-West Morris folk tradition, but we can choose any tune we feel that fits a particular dance, and also consider self-penned possibilities. Imaginative suggestions welcome!
We are very supportive of new players and provide help and encouragement with NO PRESSURE to perform perfectly. Enjoyment is our guiding principle!
